The complete Himalayan pilgrimage to Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath — planned end to end by a local team that travels these valleys every season. Comfortable, unhurried and genuinely women- and elder-friendly.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 – Haridwar → Barkot
- Arrive in Haridwar and meet the driver/representative.
- Begin the journey towards Barkot.
- Enjoy scenic views of the Himalayan foothills.
- Check in to the hotel/camp.
- Evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 2 – Barkot → Janki Chatti → Yamunotri → Barkot
- Early morning breakfast.
- Drive to Janki Chatti.
- Begin the trek towards Yamunotri Dham.
- Seek blessings at the sacred Yamunotri Temple.
- Return to Janki Chatti and drive back to Barkot.
- Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 3 – Barkot → Uttarkashi
- Breakfast and check-out.
- Drive towards Uttarkashi.
- Enjoy scenic mountain and river views along the route.
- Check in to the hotel.
- Evening visit to Vishwanath Temple, subject to time.
- Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 4 – Uttarkashi → Gangotri → Uttarkashi
- Early morning departure for Gangotri.
- Visit Gangotri Dham and seek blessings at the temple.
- Enjoy the serene surroundings of the Bhagirathi River.
- Return to Uttarkashi.
- Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 5 – Uttarkashi → Guptkashi
- Breakfast and check-out.
- Begin the journey towards Guptkashi.
- Enjoy spectacular views of the Himalayan valleys.
- Check in to the hotel.
- Evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 6 – Guptkashi → Kedarnath
- Early morning departure towards Sonprayag.
- Proceed towards Kedarnath by trek or available local transportation, depending on the selected package.
- Reach Kedarnath and visit Shri Kedarnath Temple for darshan.
- Spend the evening in the sacred surroundings.
- Overnight stay in Kedarnath.
Day 7 – Kedarnath → Guptkashi
- Morning temple visit/darshan as per schedule.
- Return from Kedarnath towards Sonprayag.
- Continue to Guptkashi.
- Check in and relax.
- Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 8 – Guptkashi → Badrinath
- Breakfast and check-out.
- Drive towards Badrinath through beautiful Himalayan landscapes.
- Arrive and check in to the hotel.
- Visit Badrinath Temple for darshan, subject to temple timings.
- Evening prayers and local exploration.
- Overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 9 – Badrinath → Joshimath → Rudraprayag
- Breakfast and check-out.
- Visit nearby sacred attractions around Badrinath, subject to time.
- Proceed towards Rudraprayag via Joshimath.
- Enjoy the scenic mountain route.
- Check in to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.
Day 10 – Rudraprayag → Haridwar | Departure
- Breakfast and check-out.
- Begin the return journey towards Haridwar.
- Enjoy the scenic journey through the mountains.
- Arrive in Haridwar and conclude the Char Dham Yatra.
Note: The exact route, overnight stops, trekking arrangements and sightseeing may change depending on weather, road conditions, government regulations and local pilgrimage arrangements.
